Executive Committee Form Submission Instructions

1. Use the Officer/Committee Report Template to create your report. After clicking the link, select Make a Copy to begin your copy.

2. Once completed, download your report as a PDF.

3. Upload your report PDF to the Annual Meeting folder in our Executive Leadership Team Google Shared Drive.
